Sharon Sutton - Valuations Manager
Sharon has over 12 years of experience in estate agency, having joined the company in 2006 as an administrator. Her previous experience as a legal secretary gave Sharon an eye for detail and stood her apart in getting things right first time. During her time with us, Sharon has built up strong communication skills and a personal belief in good customer service. Sharon's dedication and loyalty to the company has helped to propel her to the top of the business, where her passion and flair for selling property has led her to becoming one of the area's most successful Valuers. Sharon lives locally with her Husband and two children, and enjoys helping out with local drama group and Cricket team
Kerry Phillips - Marketing Consultant
Kerry has a keen attention to detail, and along with her diploma in Interior Design, has made her the perfect choice for showcasing our clients homes to their full potential. We are delighted that her personal input on every property brochure projects an individual lifestyle perspective of the house instead of the usual stereotyped estate agents details. Kerry has lived in the local area for 14 years. Her previous roles include a Customer Services Officer for Tower Hamlets Housing department, giving her plenty of experience in helping customers make the right decision while understanding individual needs.
Milos Vakanjac - Property Consultant
Milos has spent the majority of his working life within the property industry. He has already developed a good level of customer service skills that parallel the high standards we have set and maintained at Smartmove.
Milos has proven himself to be an effective negotiator, and his determination to get the best deals for all parties and has earned him a lot of respect from our clients, helping the Company gain an outstanding customer service advantage over our competitors.
Claire Parsons - Administrator
Claire has worked extensively in the Education and Care sectors, and brings with her a wealth of customer care experience. In addition to her people skills, Claire's attention to detail and project management experience has made her a valuable asset to us in helping to manage the ever growing legislation within our industry.

Nikki Digby - Team Leader
Having worked in recruitment for many years, Nikki has brought excellent interpersonal and communication skills to our team, along with strong sales and negotiation skills and a goal-orientated approach to work. Nikki has shown to be tenacious problem solver, a key requirement when dealing with ongoing issues to support our clients.
